My Beginnings

My love for photography began after having watched my sister and dad fall in love with it, and also when I began my first year in yearbook. I got my first camera that year, and used any excuse to use it. My business didn't really kick off until my sophomore year in high school when I took a teacher's family portraits. Some referrals, a Facebook page and lots of business cards later, I was taking family portraits often. My dad helped me acquire a DBA with Harris County, and the name has since stuck. Around the same time, living in Towne Lake, I took lots of water sport photos, and some of my photos were chosen to be used in advertising. This event allowed me to buy my first DSLR - the Nikon D5100. I am currently attending Texas Tech University and continuing photography when my schedule allows.

I currently reside in Cypress, Texas and have received my Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Advertising. I continue photography and am looking for further career opportunities.
